Daft Punk remix album to be released May 20

What started as a vague idea planted as a seed into the minds of a few individuals has now sprouted into a full-blown project ignoring geographical borders and cultural differences through an internet-based cooperation between a group of influential music blogs who set their minds on creating a remix album for Daft Punk's infamous third album Human After All (2005). The idea was born from the sense that the official but strictly limited remix compilation Human After All: Remixes (2006), which was only available for Japanese consumers, did not completely satisfy fans of the band and remix aficionados. Therefore we are now proud to present:

Remix After All

10 popular and acknowledged music blogs got together to create this unofficial remix album for public distribution on May 20. Each and every blog has chosen one track from the album and has then begun a search for the producer they think would fit best to remix their song. Remix After All does not disregard any of the songs from Human After All, making it an unusually cohesive and consistent remix album to its form. This project relies heavily on the love and respect for the original creation but also for the bloggers' fingertip sense to find who they believe is the soulmate to each song. The bloggers, in their turn, rely on their confidence that their remixer has the skill, passion and inventiveness to make a remix that truly creates something new and interesting out of the original.

Kanye West - Robocop (Motor Remix)

Dim Mak records newest artist, Motor has recently released his remix of Kanyeezy's Robocop. The original was an epic fail from my perspective, now, Motor has made it all beter by removing the corny lyrics. It's no wonder that motor has been added to Dim Mak, this track definetly has a wee bit of that Bloody Beetroots bump.

Take Notes: Hacked

Apologies for the lack of posts as of late. I am under the impression that my comp here has been hacked. My Facebook status seems to change on its own and messages are sent out from my myspace that I am not responsible for. Hope this explains.

Theres alot going on this summer, the ol video camera is on its way back with a new mic. I'm stoked. Lots of of new footy is expected. Including the new No Bikes video, Rick Nicholls web edit, a few BMX jams, so on and so forth.

My posting will be limited for the time being as for the reason previously mentioned so I'm going to leave it to my fellow contributors to keep this shit alive. I will get to the library whenever possible as not to abandon this project. Tee shirts will be shipped out this summer to our riders and musicians.

Also, I am looking for some minor help with HTML and this place is in dire need of a banner. The I R Minus email has been hacked as well and I just plain can't get into it (I apologize for any inconvenience).
